It Rained.
Mesmerized by the shiny diamonds I saw them falling from the shady sky Enriching the earth with the priceless treasure Calming and comforting the poor’s cry Every drop enlightening the leaves Green trees blushed as the rain kissed Every neuron inside of me overjoyed the harmony Reminded me of the one who was being missed
The smell of the wet mud Channelling me to a trance Far away from the miserable world Intensifying the fragrance of romance
Ironically I smiled even when my eyes drained I drowned in the ocean of his memories Saying that, it rained!
